Aussiedetox.com values personal freedom,  as such we take great care in protecting your Privacy! We respect your privacy and we do not store any customer order / address / financial details on our system. We destroy all details once your order is processed.

We do not process any internet transactions in-house,  we use the world-wide leader and the internet’s most trusted secure payment system, PayPal. This means you can complete your transaction with complete confidence that your credit card / banking details are safe.

All orders are sent in discreet plain packaging for your convenience.

Payments

Aussiedetox.com accepts payments directly through our website via PayPal. However, if this payment method does not suit you, we will take manual orders via phone / email, accepting payment via Direct Deposit into our bank account or a posted Money Order.

If you would like to make a payment via direct deposit or money order, please either call us on 08 8293 8058, or email your required order to enquiries@aussiedetox.com and we will confirm your order and the total amount.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated on a per-item basis, determined by the relative weight of the item. All shipping prices displayed are quoted for shipping inside Australia only. All shipping is Australia Post Xpress satchel Platinum service, as this is the most reliable method offered by Australia Post.

A shipping discount of 80% per item is offered to customers when multiples of an individual item are purchased in the same transaction. Discounts are applied to only the shipping costs of each multiple items purchased.

For example: Purchasing 1 Ultra Klean – Ultra Wash will incur $9.00 shipping charges. If you purchase more than one Ultra Wash in the same transaction, the shipping is dropped to only $1.80 (20%) for each additional Ultra Wash.

This shipping discount is available on all of our products, however it is only applicable when multiples of an individual item are purchased in the same transaction. Purchasing 1 Ultra Wash and 1 Zydot Ultimate Blend does not qualify for shipping discounts.

Emergency Overnight Express Shipping

For special emergency delivery requirements, such as overnight or over a weekend, we can organise a plane and courier to deliver to your door. WARNING: THIS IS EXPENSIVE! Please call us (08) 8293 8058 to place and arrange your Emergency Express Order.
